Representation without Taxation
The House just voted to allow 4 territories to have a vote in the House of Representatives without being a state. The Constitution is clear Article I Section 2 of the Constitution of the United States clearly states, “The House of Representatives shall be composed of members chosen every second year by the people of the several states, and the electors in each state shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the state legislature. Speaker Pelosi Disagrees with the Constitution and a vote in the House now includes D.C., Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam and the Virgin Islands to Vote on the House floor.
