Milliron (Columbia) (IMNS)– Lewis “Scooter” Libby, a former top aide to Vice President Dick Cheney, was convicted Tuesday of four counts of obstructing justice, lying and perjury during an investigation tied to the Iraq war. The Defense team plans on an appeal. Mitt Romney Clear Winner in GOP Debate
Here is my take on the debate. Mitt Romney appeared to be the clear winner. He looked presidential. Answered the questions with clear concise responses. Explained his change on right to life issues. I am looking forward to seeing them all debate again in South Carolina in a few days. I liked that some of the candidates were willing to speak on the fair tax and abolishing the IRS or allowing taxpayers to chose what works better for them. In Orangeburg I also saw support for the fair tax by voters but didn’t hear much fro the candidates. Sen. McCain people must have told him to look tough and focused but over done.
