Greg Delleney (R-Chester) made an attempt to introduce a resolution to Impeach Governor Mark Sanford. The House Speaker rulled that the Resolution was out of order due to not being on the Agenda for House Business. He further related that the State Ethics Committe has not passed on it’s report on possible misconduct by the Governor. The House was adjourned until 2 p.m October 28, 2009 for additional business.
