So here’s where we stand on the votes, from my best attempt at a count. There are 16 undecided votes still out there, all of them Democrats. I’ve listed them below. No CBO score, Vote delay at least until Sunday
Oh, I am sure there have been partial scores, but not on the whole Bill. This will delay a vote until Sunday in a perfect congressional climate According to The Hill.com there is no CBO scoring yet which means that if the 3 day rule is followed then there won’t be a vote on Saturday.
