Top Secret rules allow NSA to use US data without Warrant

The government tells you that no one is reading your emails and no one is listening to your phone calls without a warrant.  New evidence (in the form of secret documents)  has been released that contradicts those statements.

Top secret documents submitted to the court that oversees surveillance by US intelligence agencies show the judges have signed off on broad orders which allow the NSA to make use of information “inadvertently” collected from domestic US communications without a warrant.
