NSA Leaker Snowden seeking political asylum in Ecuador

This morning we were awakened by the news that NSA Whistle Blower Edward Snowden had left Hong Kong in route to Moscow, Russia.  Snowden landed at landed at Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow earlier this morning.

ecuador-flagDespite what U.S. news is reporting, Snowden will not be remaining in Moscow, he is seeking political asylum in a third country reportedly Cuba or Venezuela.

But Reuters and Russia Today are reporting that the Ecuadorean ambassador to Russia, Patricio Chavez, will be meeting with Snowden at the airport.

Snowden is expected to travel to Cuba but if accepted, will meet his final destination in Ecuador.

Seems the US News wants to demonize Snowden further by saying he is seeking asylum in Russia, Cuba, or Venezuela.
