On the 38th anniversary of Roe v. Wade Obama said, "I am committed to protecting this constitutional right.”

The President affirmed his commitment to Woman’s Health and Reproductive Freedom.  Both terms are misnomers as there has always been reproductive freedom in America.  The problem is that some woman use Abortion as a birth control method.  On this thirty-eighth anniversary of Roe v. Wade, One must reflect, do all humans have equal protection under the law in America?

President Barack Obama on Saturday marked the 38th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the landmark Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion in the United States, by affirming his commitment to reproductive rights.
The controversial 1973 decision, Obama said in a statement, “protects women’s health and reproductive freedom, and affirms a fundamental principle: that government should not intrude on private family matters. I am committed to protecting this constitutional right.”
