Alvin Greene has decided to mad a bid for President in 2012. He related to a local radio show, that he is upset with the Democratic party’s lack of support for his Senate Bid against Senator Jim DeMint and will run as a Republican. This comes after the GOP and Tea Party got behind and African-American Candidate in SC, Tim Scott. Scott was able to beat the grand son for Strom Thurmond in the Primaries and easley beat the Democrat candidate in the Midterm. Greene figures he should get better support from the GOP.
In an environment where Republicans seem to be favored over Democrats nationally, the same appears to hold in South Carolina, Republican Gubernatorial candidate Nikki Haley has gained over Democrat Vincent Sheheen for 49 to 35 percent in the previous poll to 52 to 36 percent in the latest poll performed by Rasmussen Reports. The spread has increased as well from 14 to 16 percentage points.
Recently, the millionaires’ club known as the US senate voted to cut off unemployment benefits for millions of Americans. One senator called unemployment insurance a “necessary evil”. He got that half right. Do any of these fat cats know what it’s like to be unemployed? To not know how you will feed your children and pay your mortgage? I’m unemployed, and, if elected, I can teach the Harvard rich kids […]

Greene told Time Magazine, “I am also the best person to be Time magazine’s Man of the Year.” Since the South Carolina Democratic primary for the Senate took place earlier this month, it seemed like the only person not talking about Alvin Greene… was Alvin Greene. But Greene broke his […]
South Carolina Democrats met this afternoon in Columbia to hear the election protest from Vic Rawl, the man who lost the Senate primary to Alvin Greene. Rawl made the case for a new primary with three arguments, according to The State. 1. The voting machines are susceptible to accidental or intentional modification or tampering and, because of that, results can’t be verified. 2. Voters at various precincts had difficulty voting […]
Below the fold is the LIVE streaming broadcast of the protest hearing being held right now in Columbia, SC, before the state’s Democratic Party executive board, concerning the bizarre results of last week’s Democratic U.S. Senate primary. Judge Vic Rawl has filed a protest alleging “systemic software problems” within the state’s oft-failed, easily-manipulated 100% unverifiable ES&S iVotronic e-vote system, leading to results that show the jobless, unknown Alvin Greene having […]
Democratic voters in South Carolina nominated the mysterious Alvin Greene for the U.S. Senate last week, but the 92 men and women on the Democratic Party Executive Committee could void those results on Thursday and award the nomination to his opponent, Vic Rawl. “In an extreme case … our executive committee could actually decide to overturn the election results and declare [Rawl] the nominee,” Keiana Page, a spokeswoman for the […]
