One of the major problems with President Obama’s Health Care reform is that it is NOT universal. Dozens of top congressional leaders and staffers will be exempt or can opt-out of the Health care Reform requirements you and I will have to enroll in. If the general public chooses not to carry health insurance, they will be required to pay a Fine or have their tax refunds attached. Not so if you are amoung the elite in Congress.
